Team A.M.P.S. — Alpha Life Group LLC
Version 1.0
What this is
This agreement explains what happens when you turn on Recruiting Visibility for your athlete on Team A.M.P.S.
Turning it on is optional. Your athlete can use every other part of the platform — team rosters, schedules, stats, live scoring, messaging with their coaches — whether this setting is on or off. You will not lose access to anything by leaving it off.
You can turn it off at any time.
Who can turn this on
Only an adult can turn this setting on.
- If your athlete is under 18, only the parent or legal guardian who manages their account can turn it on.
- If the athlete is 18 or older and manages their own account, they can turn it on themselves.
Athletes under 18 cannot turn this setting on for themselves.

The public page shows the athletic information listed above. It does not show academic information, which is visible only to signed-in scouts and your athlete's own coaches.
What is NEVER visible to scouts or the public
The following information is never shown to scouts, recruiters, or the public, regardless of this setting:
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home address
- Emergency contact information
- Medical information, allergies, and health conditions
- Insurance information
- Signed waivers and medical forms

This information is visible only to you, your athlete, coaches and administrators at your athlete's organization, and Team A.M.P.S. staff.
What scouts can do
A scout with access to your athlete's profile can:
- View the information listed above
- Add your athlete to a private watchlist
- Write private notes about your athlete
- Send a message to your athlete's account
Scouts cannot edit your athlete's information, see other scouts' notes, or access anything in the "never visible" list above.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your athlete's information.
- We do not share your athlete's information with advertisers.
- We do not give scouts your athlete's contact information.
How to turn this off
You can turn Recruiting Visibility off at any time:
- Sign in to your Team A.M.P.S. account
- Open Settings
- Go to the Privacy tab
- Switch your athlete to Hidden
What happens when you turn it off
Within 24 hours:
- Your athlete stops appearing in scout searches
- Your athlete's public recruiting profile stops loading and shows a privacy message instead
- Scouts who previously saved your athlete to a watchlist will no longer see their profile details
What we cannot undo
Once information has been public, we cannot control copies that already exist elsewhere. Specifically:
- Search engines such as Google may keep a cached copy for a period of time after the page is removed. You can request removal directly from Google.
- Anyone who viewed, saved, printed, or screenshotted the page while it was public may still have that copy.
- Private notes a scout wrote about your athlete remain in that scout's account.
This is why we ask you to consider this decision before turning the setting on.
Your agreement
By checking the Recruiting Visibility box, you confirm that:
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the athlete named on this account, or you are the athlete and you are 18 or older.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have read and understood what becomes visible, including that the public recruiting profile is visible to anyone on the internet.
- You understand that you can turn this setting off at any time, and that turning it off does not remove copies that already exist elsewhere.
- You consent to Team A.M.P.S. displaying the information described above.
Changes to this agreement
If we materially change what becomes visible under this setting, we will notify you and ask for your consent again before the change takes effect.
